The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) has begun the process of reviewing our current Capital Fund Program (CFP) 5-Year Action Plan – Fiscal Years 2024- 2028 Revision 1 (the Plan). Although no additional changes are being recommended by MHRA, we are requesting the valuable opinion of program participants and residents as we update our plan, which we are required to submit to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
There will be on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 10:00AM on the second floor of the Main Office at 198 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104 to provide input on MHRA’s CFP) 5-Year Action Plan. The Plan is available for review at the Main Office.
