MHRA Five-Year Capital Fund Plan
The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority's 5-Year Capital Fund Plan is available for public review at the Main Office located at 198 Hanover Street through July 14. The public hearing will be held at the same location on Tuesday, July 15th at noon.
