Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority Bid Opportunities

MHRA procures maintenance and modernization products/services and administrative office support supplies/services. Service contract awards for materials and labor, labor only (i.e. pest control, repair work, painting contracts, etc.), or materials only (i.e., plumbing and electrical stock, office equipment) are conducted in accordance with HUD, Federal Regulations 24 CFR 85.36, the procurement standards of the Procurement Handbook for PHAs, HUD Handbook 7460.8, Rev 2, and applicable state and local laws. Thus, MHRA’s Procurement Policy has been created to comply within the guidelines of the appropriate purchasing rules, laws, and regulations for all MHRA business transactions. These procurement methods provide the guidelines for MHRA to process an award. Most current bid opportunities will be posted below.
