Overview

New MHRA Tenant and Participant Portal

The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) is happy to introduce our new Tenant and Participant Portal web tool. This portal tool will enable all residents or participant users of our programs to access certain services online through your computer, phone, or tablet. 

Residents currently living in MHRA properties or working with MHRA property management

Will be able to:

  • View and update contact information
  • Submit work orders online
  • Communicate with MHRA through the Secure Document Exchange 

In the near future, tenants will also be able to:

  • Pay rent online via debit/credit cards and e-checks
  • View and edit bank information
  • Fill out and sign recertification documents electronically

Participants in MHRA’s Section 8/HCV, PBV, or other programs

Will also be able to:

  • View and update contact information
  • Communicate with MHRA through the Secure Document Exchange
  • And, soon, fill out and sign recertification documents electronically

ALL USERS:  PLEASE be sure to update your contact information. Provide your email and cell phone and opt in for future notices and notifications.

    Registration Code/Login Instructions

    If you are currently a resident or participant, you will receive a letter in the mail with your Registration Code. This code will expire in 60 days. After 60 days, reach out to MHRA to receive a new code.

    To log in and begin using the Participant Portal:

    1. Open a web browser on any internet connected device.
    2. Go to our website at: https://manchesterhousing.org
    3. Click on the Participant/Tenant Portal link or https://www.pha-web.com/portals/family/1895
    4. Once on the Log In page, click Register as a new user.
