The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority will conduct a public hearing in compliance with 24 CFR Part 903.17 for the 5-Year 2024-2029 and Annual Plan-FY 2024, along with the Capital Fund 5-Year Plan 2024-2029, at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 in the Community Room at Elmwood Gardens, 89 Trahan Street, in the City of Manchester, New Hampshire.
A summary of the Plans, which is to be submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, will be presented along with proposed changes to the Authority’s admissions and other policies.
The draft Plans are available for public viewing at the Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority’s Main Office, 198 Hanover Street, in the City of Manchester, New Hampshire by calling (603) 624-2030.
Persons wishing to comment during the hearing on June 18th need to contact the Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority at (603) 624-2030 at least three (3) days in advance of the hearing to be placed on the speaker’s list. Speakers will be allowed five (5) minutes each for comment.
